What?
The largest cyber festival for professionals. It takes place over several days, both offline and online. A live online broadcast features up to 16 talks happening simultaneously, covering a wide range of topics with varying levels of complexity and focus. The event also includes an entertainment program and team-building activities.

Navigation at the festival
The festival covers a large area and is spread across multiple pavilions. Some pavilions host performances, while others offer entertainment activities. It’s very difficult to navigate through all of this.

With detailed information about all the activities at the festival. The map has a list switching mode.

Internal pages for locations on the map
Each includes a description of what is happening there. If it’s a stage — the program is provided; if it’s a competition — there’s a dedicated competition page. Some entertainment areas also feature an audio guide.

In the end, what’s the outcome?
After the festival ended, a user satisfaction study was conducted.
Quantitative research included a survey on the website and an email questionnaire. Qualitative research involved online and offline interviews.

92% of users liked the design, but some felt there wasn’t enough information.
A year later, the festival changed its format, and the website was redesigned based on the feedback received.
