What?

A social application where users can ask a new question to their audience every day and also respond to questions from others. There are questions from public trendsetters available to everyone, as well as questions visible only among friends, which creates a sense of privacy for responses.

Challenge

Previously, posts in the app were limited to a single format — a static background or image with text on top, consisting of just one visual.

User research showed that this was not enough — users needed more various publication formats and one image per post felt limiting.

Solution

I expanded the content capabilities by introducing new post formats, including video, audio, and the ability to combine different media types and create galleries.

I worked on the post creation flow, making it more flexible and intuitive, and redesigned the feed to support and properly display the new formats.

Result

Users started using the new features quickly, and they became popular. Loyal users' satisfaction with the app has increased.
